Victoria Princewill FRSA is a historical fiction novelist.Her work is driven by a desire to write forgotten intelligent African women back into our world.
Born in the UK in 1990, educated at Oxford & UCL with degrees in literature and philosophy, in 2017, she was awarded a Fellowship by the Royal Society of Arts.
Currently working on her third degree at King’s College London in Neuroscience, she seeks to amass a breadth of knowledge across disciplines within the arts and sciences.

Described as an “atmospheric historical debut novel” follows the lives of Abyssinian slaves living in the Qajar royal court of Iran in 1895. It will be published by Cassava Republic Press. The print version will be released in the UK in February 2021 & worldwide in March 2021.
